At Home Workout
3 or 4 sets:
Pushup on the edge of couch x 3-5 reps
Knee pushup x 3-5 reps
Wall pushup x 3-5 reps
Wall tricep extension x max with good form.
Rest 60-90 seconds b/t sets.
*Minimize transition time between exercises to get the full benefit of the workout. Less than 5 seconds between exercises is optimal.
