Split squat @ 50X1 tempo x 5 reps/ leg

Rest 20 seconds b/t legs and 20 sec after

Goblet good morning x 10. Hold something 10-20 pounds in front of torso.

Rest 30-45 seconds

Plank body saw x 10 after second leg every set

(Get into an elbow plank with a wash cloth under your toes. Slide out and back in to contract abs. SMALL motion to start.)

Rest 60-90 seconds
