Prisoner single leg good morning x 8/ leg

Lateral squat alt. x 16 total
(Start standing, step to one side and sit into a wife & deep squat, step back to center standing tall. Repeat on the other side)

Snake up pushup to downward dog x 8
(Stretch calves by pushing heels down)

Slow motion mountain climber x 8 total
(Lean your weight forward as you bring the knee to the chest)

Rest as needed throughout. Go for quality of movement.
